This mini excavator was a great investment hands down. Never operated an excavator before and only took me a few hours to get the hang of it. I have a total of 15 hours on the machine so far and haven’t had any issues. Just make sure to grease the fittings every now and then. The best thing is that it has Honda engine in it so you know it’s going to last forever. I would absolutely recommend this machine to anyone on the fence. It's well built, easy to operate, and a fraction of the cost of the name brands. Best investment I've made for my property.

The mini excavator has been great! My Dad was needing something that could do the lifting for him. Also, he needed something so he wouldn’t need to use a shovel. This has worked great! We have used it to take out 4 cedar trees. We dig up the roots and took out the trees. The thumb allowed us to load the trailer without having to pick up the tree and limbs by hand, which saved my Dad's back completely. It's been the perfect machine for him, easy to operate and powerful enough for everything we've thrown at it. Couldn't be happier with this purchase.

The Mech Max Mini Excavator showed up well‑packaged and fully assembled, which made things super easy. It’s solidly built, feels durable, and handles yard projects without a problem. I looked at a lot of mini excavators before settling on the MEC10. I am very happy with the fit and finish and quality of the machine , I bought the auger attachment with it witch works awesome also the 4 piece attachment set - After getting it uncrated it was as simple as putting the choke on , turning the key, and it fired right up. Everything worked exactly as it should straight out of the crate. The auger and the 4 piece attachment set are great additions and the build quality throughout is excellent. Very happy I went with the MEC10.

My son has a small homestead that needs cleaning up and done light construction work. After researching mini excavators, we decided on this one do to features, reliable engine, and price. The delivery carrier dropped the ball causing a delay, but MechTech was beyond helpful in rectifying the situation. The unit is in site, and performing flawlessly. Simply put, this little excavator has been worth every penny. It handles the homestead cleanup and light construction work with ease, the engine is reliable, and the price simply can't be beat. Despite the delivery hiccup, MechMaxx made everything right and I couldn't be happier with the machine.

My mini excavator was ready to start up and go right out of the box. I am very surprised how strong it actually is. I ordered the 4 piece attachment set thinking I would need the ripper to break through the layer of clay but was able to go right through it with the bucket it came with. It is a very well built machine and worth every penny.

This is a follow-up on the MEC10 after 20 hours of heavy use. To this point, it has outperformed my expectations by far. Pros: Fast hydraulics for digging, strong pushing with the dozer blade, everything works, it is cheaper than a tractor backhoe, and it is well-built. Cons: It tracks at 1.5mph, the metal around the seat base gets hot to the touch, and the canopy is too low for a taller operator. None of those are deal-breakers though. For the price, this machine flat out outperforms anything in its class, and after 20 hours of heavy use it hasn't let me down once. Highly recommended.

I was very well pleased the minute I opened the box I can tell that it was high-quality and I like the rest of those other Chinese mini excavators if you’re looking for a 1 ton excavator, Max has far exceeded your expectations better than a ripper better than AGT hands-down this is your one time buy, you won't need anything else. After trying to did a hole for an underground water line on my property by hand and a pallet of Ibuprofen later I decided to purchase this awesome little machine to save my back. It showed fairly quickly and in perfect condition. I have already used it to dig a trench to bury an underground Ethernet cable and to smooth out some rough spots in my driveway. This little machine has already paid for itself in the work it's saved my back. It runs strong, sips fuel, and handles everything I ask of it. Worth every penny, I only wish I'd bought one sooner.

The Mechmaxx Mech10 is one awesome little machine. After trying to dig a hole by hand for a water line I had leaking on my property and a pallet of Ibuprofen, I decided to buy this little machine. Very happy with this purchase. I have put more than 20 hours on it in 3 days. Seems like a very well machine and well thought out. I also got the 4 attachment pack that are very heavy with thick metal. The quick attachment hitch is fantastic. Can change them out in seconds! It has quickly became my useful tool. In follow up to my previous review. The weather has cleared so I was able to get some seat time on our recently acquired Mech max MEC10 mini excavator yesterday. I used it to fix water damage to some of our gravel roads on our property. The MEC10 did exceptionally well with no issues. It stood up to the task of moving and leveling gravel all day without a hiccup. The hydraulics are smooth, the dozer blade made quick work of the repairs, and the Honda engine never missed a beat. Very impressed with how much this little machine can handle. Five stars.

Item was received in great condition. Looked it over, serviced engine oil and fuel. It started right up. Look forward to using it soon to fix some water damage to our roads as soon as the rain lets up.

Efficient, quiet Honda power! Just add motor oil and gas, set the choke and start it up. Overall quality parts, good welds, greased fittings… shipped “tight and right” The canopy is metal, the hydraulic power is more than I expected from a “micro-excavator”. This and a compact tractor is the perfect combo for larger home properties and small farm use. This machine has exceeded every expectation I had going in, quiet, capable, and built far better than the price suggests. I'd buy it again in a heartbeat.

First off, I love my MEC10. I had to wait 7 weeks to get it. It is very well put together, I am surprised by the heavy stamped metal roof. I have 35 hours on it, so I have learned a lot. The “no oil in engine” tag was left in my engine compartment and may have caught fire if I did not fine it before using. I had a small hydraulic leak from the blade ram but I tightened the fitting and it hasn't leaked a drop since. Little things like that are easy fixes and don't take away from what an excellent machine this is. For the hours I've put on it, the MEC10 has more than proven itself. Love it.

We received the Mini Excavator on time. Delivery was a small challenge in that the unit, as they disclose on website was too heavy for conventional liftgate delivery. ABF freight put the unit Ina flat bed with a skid steer and delivery was smooth. We added engine oil and Honda started immediately. We changed hydraulic fluid out of caution but think it was probably fine from the factory. The machine started right up and has run flawlessly since. Delivery was the only wrinkle and they're upfront about it on their website. Very pleased with the MEC10, solid, capable, and a great value.

Smooth operation, tough for the size, and I like how the boom cylinder is positioned behind the boom instead of in front like other excavators.... it's protected much better. Overall great quality! And great pricing!

Purchased two season ago and no issues aside from scant sun exposure, overhead safety pan a little small. All seals are exceptional, zero leaks, no engine rattle - very consistent Honda runner; visibly over engineered welds and tracks; controls are extremely responsive and precise, I can flip a brick onto its short side and then push it into the soft dirt. Not what I expected from a machine at this price, the precision and power rival units costing far more. Two seasons in and it still runs like the day I got it. An exceptional value and a genuinely well-built excavator.

It can dig 4-5 feet down in rocky clay, it can dig sideways on hillsides, it excels at digging rough roads down hillsides or diagonally up, it is great for digging trenches along paths, kind of like it's intended use. It consumes very little fuel compared to the larger machines. All in all, this machine has become an essential part of my homestead.

I used it to fig 200ft of trench for irrigation and it performed perfectly. The thumb was great when removing all of the rocks and roots as well. It made the job so much easier than digging by hand, built to handle heavy work. I will be digging drains next and expect it to do that with ease. A great machine for sure.

Not a single problem from order to delivery. Cut off the wrapping and drove it into the yard. Checked all bolts and fittings did not find anything loose or leaking. Installed a hydraulic thumb without issue. Would buy again.
