30-Day Return Policy

MechMaxx accepts returns within 30 days of delivery for unused equipment in original packaging and condition.

How to Return

1. Contact us at info@mechmax.us within 30 days of delivery
2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. We will provide return shipping instructions
4. Equipment must be in original, unused condition with all original packaging

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned equipment, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Equipment that has been used, assembled, or modified cannot be returned. Damage caused by improper use is not covered.
