We went though the 2025 ICE storm in northern Michigan , 3 day event basically destroyed the forests and woods , 8 days no power , we have so much in the way of limbs , branches and trees laying all over our property we needed a way to clean up the mess , We purchased the B200 and wow an amazing machine , we were able to chip up so much in the first few days. It handled everything from small limbs to good sized branches without ever bogging down, and a cleanup that would have taken us weeks by hand was done in a fraction of the time. This machine paid for itself on the very first job. Couldn't be happier with it.

Assembly was pretty simple, although you'll definitely want at least 2 people or a hoist of some sort to do it safely. Started right up no problem and has been working great. Has great self feeding for smaller branches which worked better than expected. Very powerful machine and happy with my purchase so far!

The unit arrived very quickly and was well-packaged in a wooden crate. I was able to complete the assembly by myself in about two hours. The machine is working great and has already produced a significant amount of wood chips. we are super happy with the purchase.

My B200 chipper arrived in a week after ordering and in perfect condition. Instructions were clear and assembly was straight forward. It fired right up, I've used it for about 3hrs and it has made quick work of chipping pine and black cherry branches and logs. It has effortlessly chipped everything I've thrown at it so far, this thing is a heavy beast! Very happy with my purchase.

Got this unit with the 35hp Zonshen engine. Assembly was very straight forward. Have only run it for a few hours, but for a home owner, this seems to be a great fit. Plenty of power, and it eats branches for breakfast. Produces a nice size mulch. Engine runs great, no complaints so far.

Really great chipper! I've put a few tons of mostly pine and some white oak through the machine, and it really eats up anything you throw at it. It's heavy, but my quad can haul it around no problem. Definitely a two person job to put it together, but it assembled easily and intuitively. Engine starts very easily and consistently, and runs like a dream. The emergency shut-off bar is a nice safety touch and works exactly as it should. For the price you simply can't beat this chipper, it does everything I need and then some. Two thumbs up.

This machine is a work horse. I received this in a well packed crate. Instructions were very easy to follow. It's very easy to assemble and easy to maintain. I would recommend this to everyone.

This wood chipper is a beast and eats the limbs and branches. Take the time to cut branches without any jabbers (branches off the main stem that will hinder the entry) and you’ll have wood chips that you won’t know what to do with. I usually cut and burn all the scrap and it would take me weeks to clean up after a storm. Now it only takes a couple of hours.

Chipper delivered to my home on time and well packaged. Have put chipper together and started it up. Have not done any chipping yet. I had to buy a hoist to assist putting this beast together. Motor fired right up the first try. I hope I have a chance to update this review after I test it on some projects around the property.

Seems to be a solid product. Item got a little banged up by the shipper but nothing major. Mechmaxx stepped in immediately and made it right. When i say stepped in immediately, i mean within 12hours of the emailed being sent. So glad this is a quality company that holds by their products even when it was no fault of their own. To be honest they wrapped the item so well that the small damage was clearly just from rough handling in transit, nothing they could have prevented. The chipper itself runs great and fires right up every time. It's a quality product backed by a company that genuinely stands behind what they sell. Highly recommend.

I live in Central America, Belize to be exact. The woods here are mostly hard woods. So we will see how it holds up. From all my research, I think this will do the job. I should receive the chipper in 2 weeks. I can't wait. I also purchased extra belts, blades, air and oil filters. Thank you for a GREAT WEBSITE and making this process very easy. OH, my freight quote was very reasonable too, even all the way down here to Belize. I'll update once it arrives and I've put it through some of our hardwoods, but so far the buying experience has been five stars all the way. Thank you again!

The service personnel were helpful in resolving a minor issue with the engine. It is a beast that chews up tree trunks like butter. Very happy with its performance.

This thing is an absolute beast. Had 5 birch trees taken down and this machine made light work of them and never once felt bogged down. Would absolutely recommend this unit.

Has a loud knock at idle. Just a bit concerned about that. When accelerated for chipping it smooths out and don't hear knocking. Chips loggs great but brush is a little more difficult to get through the shoot

Pros- good value, sturdy, very powerful, portable, reliable. Concerns- finding spare parts, blades wear quickly, assembly instructions unacceptable. Thoughts-great at managing fresh debris less than 5 inches.

This thing is an absolute BEAST! A little challenging to refuel as the fill is way up high—us vertically challenged need a step stool.

This wood chipper is awesome. It eats up huge limbs and branches just as well as the commercial wood chippers for a fraction of the cost. It was very easy to assemble and one person can move it around with no issues. I no longer have to spend $500-600 in rental fee every time I want to do some yardwork. Their customer service is excellent and they respond quickly to any question you have. I did my homework before buying and this machine has lived up to every claim. If you do any amount of yard or property work, it pays for itself fast. Highly recommend.

I have used the B200 for about 3 hours now and it has exceeded expectations. My wife and I were able to assemble it ourselves without the need of any lifting mechanisms. We did have to separate the engine from the chipper to be able to get it to our desired location. I’m a little concerned about engine repairs/maintenance. I have been unable to find air/oil filters locally, but MechMaxx sells them right on their site along with belts and blades, so I ordered a set of spares to keep on hand. Aside from that small concern, the B200 has been a fantastic machine and well worth the money. Very happy with the purchase.

Easy to assemble. Chips wood faster than I can feed it. I've been using this on the dead wood that falls from the trees and dry pecan wood is very hard and after 6 hrs of runtime it's been a champ.

This chipper is a beast! We have lots of cedar on our property and this thing does a fantastic job reducing the cedar down to a great chip size! Now no more having to all off or burning. And we will make good use of the chips. Highly recommend.
